On August 12-13 2026, ASCON participated in 17th edition of FICCI Global Skills Summit, one of India's premier platforms on skills and workforce development. Bringing together industry leaders, training providers, academia, multilateral agencies, and practitioners over the years, the Summit has emerged as a key forum for collaboration, enabling participants to exchange insights, showcase innovations, and establish international partnerships.
In terms of the Summit, ASCON representatives participated in the international panel session and acted as technology experts. At the panel session on AI-Powered Future they covered the topics of how AI is used in KOMPAS-3D CAD software development process and how AI transforms industries, occupations, and business models. Facilitating BRICS Hi‑Tech Future Skills Competition 2026 ASCON experts conducted a workshop and provided technical guidance on using KOMPAS-3D software to contestants in "Mechanical Design CAD" discipline.
The Summit also served as a platform for sharing the information about ASCON Academic Program recently launched in India. The event concluded with an award ceremony, where the winners were presented with prizes from ASCON and certificates for KOMPAS-3D software.

Winner of the competition in India will participate in the final of the BRICS Hi-Tech Future Skills Competition, which will take place in Russia in November 2026.
