KOMPAS-3D success at International Technical Fair Plovdiv'2006 — largest fair in Bulgaria

KOMPAS Solutions for MCAD were presented at Bulgaria's Fair by VINTECH company

ASCON Solutions were presented in annual «International Technical Fair— Plovdiv'2006», which took place in September 25-30. VINTECH company who exhibit at the fair, is ASCON dealer in Bulgaria and also developer of dedicated CAD/CAM system.
VINTECH exposition schedule included live demonstrations of Vintech RASKROY 2006 Plus and KOMPAS-3D V8 Plus systems. KOMPAS software solutions for parametric solid modelling from ASCON and specialized Vintech RASKROY system for true shape nesting and NC programming attracted considerable visitor’s interest. During the fair VINTECH also announced «Take your marks!» marketing actions for KOMPAS-3D and KOMPAS-Graphic new users and also revealed competitive advantages of Vintech RASKROY system use.
«Gold Medal and Diploma» contest is held during the fair yearly. 51 companies were awarded in different categories this year. Innovativeness, products functionality and marketing level are the criteria to spot the winners. The commission of experts awarded Vintech RASKROY 2006 Plus CAD/CAM system under the notion of «Informational and communication technologies». The prize was given to Chanko Stoev, the head of VINTECH.

About the Fair: International Technical Fair–Plovdiv'2006 is the most representative Bulgarian industrial forum. 3548 companies from 49 countries showed their products. Germany led in participant number, Turkey and USA followed after.  Machine-building enterprises led under the sectoral notion: 1131 companies from 35 countries.  571 companies from 32 countries represented the constructional sector. A substantial proportion of the participants consisted of automakers, transport, IT, electronics, electrotechnology, chemistry and power engineering enterprises. Experts noted that large representation of machine-building companies was bound to present manufacturing rebuilding in the sector.
